About The Event
Join us for a Polar Bear Ocean Plunge in Estoril, there's no better way to kick off the new year!
Meet at 11:00 Sharp at the exit of Estoril Station (Ocean side). We'll do a 11 minute Breathwork exercise on the beach followed by a cold water plunge in the Piscina Oceânica do Tamariz.
