About The Event
Breathwork is a term used for various breathing techniques and practices. The practice involves consciously changing our breathing patterns to help us relax, reach a flow state and access our subconscious.
Mediation is a tool to help us find calm, ease and focus in our lives in our daily lives. Fear of our mortality and the dying process is very real for many of us, and with specific death meditation, we can alleviate some of this fear and bring back a sense of peace.
To completely ground ourselves, there’s the option to receive rapé. Rapé (pronounced rapay or ha-peh) is a combination of tobacco and specific plants administered through the nose. It brings an immediate feeling of grounding.
Combining these elements will allow you to dive deep and explore new territories of your inner world.
We conclude the afternoon with a sharing circle, and you’ll leave reinvigorated and connected.
