In deze groepssessie maken we gebruik van verbonden ademhaling om veilig door bijzondere bewustzijnstoestanden te reizen. Door een combinatie van visualisaties en gecureerde muziek word je uitgenodigd voor een avontuur in bewustzijn.

Een groepsavontuur, maar voor iedere deelnemer is geen enkele ademsessie dezelfde. Je adem zal je tegemoet komen op die specifieke dag en plek om je innerlijke helingsproces te activeren. Na enkele aardingsoefeningen laten we ons begeleiden door een heerlijke mix van traditionele en moderne muziek om jou persoonlijk process te activeren, we sluiten af met een warme groepsintegratie. ​

Geïnspireerd door verschillende filosofieën en denkrichtingen begeleidt Nicolas de sessie met de intentie om jou te verbinden met jouw innerlijke heler. Geen voorkennis of ervaring vereist, iedereen is welkom.

Nicolas is een Breathwork facilitator, Enrootment Method Practitioner, medicine space holder, DJ en teambuilding facilitator. Hij is gepassioneerd door altered states en werkt met adem, medicijnen, deep inquiry en lichaamswerk om een connectie met je innerlijke genezer te activeren. Voor hem zijn altered states niet alleen een tool om onze diepste wonden te helen en nieuwe connecties te creëren, maar ook een vitale sleutel om de global challenges waarmee we worden geconfronteerd te overwinnen. “Let’s do it, for humanity”. 

Hij is de oprichter van Psychonauts Lisboa en de Antwerp Psychedelic Society, waar hij integration circles en andere evenementen organiseert. Tot 2023 heeft Nicolas vele levens geinspireerd tijdens zijn magische wekelijkse Group Breathwork Journeys in de Little Yoga Space in het hartje van Lissabon. In this group sessions, we will practise circular connected breathing to safely navigate extraordinary states of awareness. Through an intricate journey blending storytelling and curated music, you will be guided through an adventure in consciousness.

A group adventure, yet for each participant, no breathwork session is the same. Your breath will meet you where you are on that specific day to show you what you need to express. After some grounding exercises, a delicious blend of traditional and modern music will guide you through your personal inner journey and a warm group integration. ​ Influenced by different techniques and school of thoughts, Nicolas’ intention is to reconnect you with your inner healer. No previous knowledge or experience required, everyone is welcome. 

Nicolas is a medicine spaceholder, Breathwork facilitator, Enrootment method practitioner, DJ, and teambuilding facilitator. He is passionate about extraordinary states of consciousness, and works with breath, medicines, deep inquiry techniques and bodywork to facilitate a re-connection with your inner healer. For him, altered states are not only a tool to heal our deepest wounds and create new pathways, but also a vital key to overcoming the global challenges we are facing. “Let’s do it, for humanity”.

He is the founder of Psychonauts Lisboa and the Antwerp Psychedelic Society, through which he hosts monthly integration circles and other events. Until 2023, Nicolas inspired many breathers during his magical weekly group breathwork journeys at the Little Yoga Space in the heart of Lisboa.
