In this session, you will learn a simple but effective technique that could enable you to journey deep in your soul,

bringing you into a position that allows you to get old stuck emotions back into motion and release toxic thoughts, feelings, and patterns. Resulting in an exhilarating yet soothing renewed sense of self.

After some grounding exercises,  an energetic mix of traditional, folk, and electronic music, combined with some storytelling will safely guide you through a powerful journey. Imagine that your psyche is a house, and your breath is the wind, blowing the windows wide open and removing all the cobwebs and dust from the unreachable corners, leaving behind all the rooms thoroughly cleaned and all the objects nice and shining.

Nicolas is a certified breathwork facilitator (Core Healing Breathwork - 125h). He combines his experience as a DJ and extensive knowledge of music to create a unique breathwork journey. He is passionate about non-ordinary states of consciousness and continuously learning about various holistic practices and psychedelic therapy, harm reduction & integration.
